About

Marguerite McEntee

Founder, LetsA · Co. Tipperary, Ireland

I've spent over twenty years at the heart of executive operations, with a background in multimedia, design and executive assistance. That work has always been about the same things: handling communications well, keeping complicated things organised, and knowing what busy people need before they ask.

I started LetsA because I kept seeing the same problem in Irish hotels, B&Bs and guesthouses. The phone rings while the desk is busy, or after everyone has gone home, and a booking goes elsewhere. AI voice agents can now answer those calls warmly and properly, and I wanted to build them with the same care I'd bring to any front desk.

Each agent is built with care and looked after from the first conversation to go-live and beyond.

Where We Are

Growing with our customers

LetsA is a young, founder-led business. Our demo agent, Niamh, is live on a real Irish phone line at our demonstration hotel, Ardcarraig House, and you can ring her on 0505 54220 any time.

Today, your agent takes reservation requests, answers guests' questions and sends every booking to you to confirm, so nothing is booked without a person checking it. That works for any property, whatever booking system you use, or none at all.

This off-season we're working closely with a small number of founding hotels. What we learn with them, including which booking systems to connect to first, shapes what we build next.

Work With LetsA

Founding hotels and partners

Hotels, B&Bs and guesthouses: become one of our founding properties and help shape an agent built around how you really work.

Partners: if you already work with Irish hospitality businesses, as a supplier, consultant or sales team, and would like to offer your clients an AI reservations and concierge agent, let's talk.
